Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

Because some of our items ship from partner suppliers, orders may ship separately if multiple items are purchased.

Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer:

  • FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75

  • Flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout for orders under $75

Estimated delivery time:

  • United States: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

We ship from U.S.-based suppliers whenever possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If you need to make a change, email us within 24 hours at rootedpaws@gmail.com. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
